Reporting a Serious Concern 

The Clergy and PCC of St John’s Church are committed to openness, honesty, integrity and accountability in church life. We expect all involved, lay members and employed staff to maintain the highest standards of service and ethical practice where everyone is treated with respect and dignity.

Sometimes a church member or staff member may become concerned about something which has happened to them in St John’s or that they have become aware of, which they consider to be serious, and they want to know what they should do about this.

The two policies below provide a pathway with appropriate safeguards for anyone to raise such a concern.
