St John’s Youth exists to see young people encounter God and equipped to be life-long disciples in loving community growing in relationship, character and gifting, fully integrated into church, with a heart for mission.
St John’s Youth Ministry is made up of Pathfinders (school years 7-9), Authentic (school years 10-13) and Youth Socials (school years 7-13).
For school years 7-9
Every Sunday (excluding first Sunday) | 10.00 | Harborne Primary School
On Sunday mornings we meet together in church before going out to our group at a school down the road. We build friendships, look at what the Bible has to say, ask questions that we might have and play lots of games.
For school years 10-13
Every Sunday (excluding first Sunday) | 17.15 | St John’s Upper Room
Authentic is a group that explores Scripture and seeks to apply it to our lives. Join us if you want to know more about God’s word and have fun whilst studying it. Afterwards, we go into the 18.30 gathering together.
For school years 7-13
First Sunday in the month | 17.15 - 18.15 | St John’s Upper Room | £1
A time to enjoy pizza, games and hang out as a whole youth group, before going into the 18.30 gathering together.
Fridays (monthly) | 19.30 - 21.30 | St John’s | £2
For school years 7-13
Youth socials are monthly events for anyone in secondary school. Each month we have a different theme, such as Board Games & Milkshakes or Screens & Spa. Everyone is welcome to come and hang out with old friends and meet new ones too. Check out our upcoming events for details of our next Social.
Any youth attending Socials will need to complete a consent form.
