Caring for the Mental Health of Young People
Do you have a secondary school aged child at home? Are you worried about their physical or emotional health at the moment but concerned they aren't talking? Here's some resources from the NHS and National Youth Agency you might find helpful:

3) ChatHealth is a confidential text messaging service that enables children and young people (aged 11-19) to contact their local public health nursing team. Find out more here and here.
